POLICIES

Before completing the Family Faith Formation registration page, please read the following program policies. 

Parent Attendance Policy: This is a family program; it is not a drop-off program.  One parent/guardian needs to attend with the child(ren) to each session.  If an individual circumstance arises where a different arrangement needs to be made, parents need to contact Megan Vera via email 48 hrs ahead of time for approval (mvera@thepastorate.com).

Guest Policy: Families are permitted to bring guests, but please notify Megan Vera a week ahead of time.  If the guest is a minor, then their parent/guardian needs to sign a waiver before participating in that session.  We will make an electronic waiver available upon request.

Fixed Session Policy: You are registered only for the day-of-the-week session that you select in the registration form (either Sunday mornings or Monday evenings).  If you’re signed up for the Sunday morning program, you cannot occasionally attend the Monday evening session (or vice versa).  

Refund Deadline Policy: If you would like to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time.  However, in order to be eligible for a refund of the registration fee, you must notify us in writing via email one week prior to the start of the program.  Because we need to finalize small group assignments, class rosters, and food/materials purchases, we cannot offer any refunds after that deadline.
